These terms apply to your use of deepscope.io (the “website”), operated by DeepScope Inc. (“DeepScope”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

DeepScope is an independent technology company that builds its own intelligent trading systems. This website provides general information about the company.

2. Not investment advice

The content of this website is for general information only. Nothing on it is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument. DeepScope does not offer investment advisory, discretionary investment management, brokerage, or any other financial investment service to the public through this website. The website and everything on it — including text, graphics, the DeepScope name and logo — belong to DeepScope Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the website or the systems behind it;

5. DeepScope apps

If DeepScope makes an app available, the terms presented in or with that app apply to its use. Where an app is distributed through the Apple App Store and no other terms are presented, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DeepScope is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, or from your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from these terms or the website will be resolved by the court that has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.

These terms are published in English and Korean. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
